Definition of terms: user, buyer, provider, client, member(s) of NLT, participant.
User of the website www.housing.si becomes anyone who registers on the website with a username, password, address, phone number and email address.

The user of the website can be:
• An individual acting in their personal name or as an employee of a company acting as a client.
• Buyer/payer/client is a user of the provider's website who has registered for one of the courses or ordered any other service from the provider.
• Client – company, which is a client of the provider's service or a signatory of the NLT contract, with the aim that its employees use the provider's services.
• Member of NLT – individuals who have ordered an NLT individual subscription or employees of a legal entity that has concluded an NLT XS, S or corporate subscription.

Organization/company/legal entity refers to a company whose employees are users of the website www.housing.si and services of Housing Co. Ltd., (hereinafter also referred to as »Housing« or provider).

Participant is any user (payer or member of NLT) who attends training or uses any other services of the provider (hereinafter also referred to as candidate).

The general terms and conditions of the website www.housing.si are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1), the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1), the Consumer Protection against Unfair Business Practices Act (ZVPNPP) and the Obligations Code (OZ). The provisions of these laws apply subsidiarily to all issues that the parties have not regulated among themselves.

The general terms and conditions of business determine the operation of the website www.housing.si, the rights and obligations of the user, and regulate the business relationship between the provider and the user/client/buyer.

The general terms and conditions regulate all relationships between stakeholders, regardless of the method and place of service provision.
The user is bound by the general terms and conditions that are valid at the time of the order (submission of the order in the subscription system). The user is each time specifically warned about the general terms and conditions of business when placing an order for the conclusion of an NLT subscription, which they must agree to for a successful order.
The provider may, in accordance with applicable legislation, its business policy, and the rules of the NLT system, change the General Terms and Conditions, and notify the client of such a change in writing.

TYPES OF USERS

Upon registration on the website, a person becomes a user of www.housing.si. The user then receives a username, which is the same as their email address, and a password chosen by themselves. The user is obliged to provide complete and truthful personal data on the website.

In the event of concluding or binding to an NLT subscription relationship, the user also becomes a client or member of NLT.
If the user wishes to change/modify the email address (with which they registered) in the system at any time, they must send a request to trzenje@housing.si. The change of the email address will be made within 7 working days, and the user will be notified via email. If a member of NLT, employed by the client, requests a change of email address, the contract administrator on the client's side must request the change.

AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION
The provider undertakes to provide the user with the following information before they are bound by a contract or offer:

• information about the company Housing (name and headquarters of the company, registration number),
• contact information that allows the user to quickly and efficiently communicate (email, phone),
• essential characteristics of the published services,
• dates or deadlines for the provision of services,
• method of payment and provision of services,
• validity period of the offer,
• the period within which it is possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal (description of the right to withdraw in accordance with Article 43.č of the ZVPot; in cases where the consumer does not have the right to withdraw in accordance with Article 43.č of the ZVPot, they are explicitly informed of this),
• an explanation of the complaint procedure, including all information about the contact person or customer service.

PROVIDER'S SERVICES

The provider ensures all services defined in the general terms and conditions to its users. The provider will always strive to offer the best user experience to its users. The provider is not responsible to the user for non-functioning or poor performance of services if they are the result of factors beyond its control (interruption of the user's internet connection, non-functioning computer, etc.).
