In collaboration with several Slovenian companies that are transitioning to or have already migrated to S/4HANA, we have developed an ambitious educational program aimed at upgrading competencies. The program is designed for IT personnel and key users.

Here is an overview of the program content by which you can upgrade your competencies (by modules). The package is priced very affordably, especially if your company has a larger number of candidates.

All participants need to take the following course:

Experienced consultants and key users require competencies in the following areas:

• FI/CO: S4F02: Management Accounting in SAP S/4HANA for SAP ERP CO Professionals (3 days) / October 18-20, 2023
• LE/WMS: S4LG1: Innovative Logistics Processes in SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management (3 days) / October 23-25, 2023
• CS: S4750: SAP S/4HANA Service - Service Processing (3 days) / October 26-30, 2023
• SD/MM: S4600: Business Processes in SAP S/4HANA Sales (4 days) / November 7-10, 2023
  + S4601: Business Processes in SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Execution (3 days) / November 14-16, 2023
• PP: S4222: Production Planning in SAP S/4HANA – Fiori-based (3 days) / November 21-23, 2023
• HR: No course available for S/4HANA
• PLM: No new courses for S/4HANA, "Legacy integration"
• EC-CS: No course available for S/4HANA

All courses assume prior experience for consultants and users. The courses focus on the differences between ECC and S/4HANA and not learning from scratch! Each business area should review the detailed description of their respective module to determine if it is suitable for their team.

The optimal time for training is before the project starts, when you do not yet have external contractors or consultants in your company. We recommend the approach practiced by Fortune 500 companies. Knowledge transfer through the project itself is the least desirable option, as initiating and establishing a project without adequate and comprehensive competencies can lead to misalignment.
