- Why Agile and Scrum instead of traditional (waterfall),
- Agile manifesto,
- Intro Scrum (ideas, history),
- More about Scrum (roles, workflow, artifacts),
- Development tools and practices (source control, code review, unit testing, ...),
- Application life-cycle management and tools.

Audience and prerequisites:

This course is intended for junior and senior software developers, architects, designers (UI/UX), analysts, testers, team leads and future scrum masters or product owners. 
A brief overview of agile practices can be helpful, basic programming skills are also a benefit (C#, Java, JavaScript).
